ALEKO is a Russian developer and manufacturer of actuation devices for access control and management systems – electromagnetic and electromechanical locks for a wide range of applications, as well as cold-resistant and explosion-proof equipment under the Aler and ALeko brands.

• 1993

  The company's history began in 1993 with the release of a legendary series of premium electromagnetic locks by a team of like-minded people with extensive design experience in the Soviet Union's military-industrial complex. In 2008 the product was modernized and renamed "PRemium", becoming widely known and popular even nowadays.

• 1999

  A series of sliding electromagnetic locks was developed and launched into production. It was an innovative product in the field of actuators for access control systems at the time. These locks stand out due to their unique technical characteristics, making them the benchmark for quality among similar models later introduced to the Russian market. The series was upgraded in 2020. The AL-250SM model for a door leaf width of 25 mm has remained unmatched on the global market to this day.

• 2012

  Using a unique patented technology, the first in Russia explosion-proof electromagnetic lock was developed and launched into serial production.

• 2014

  A contactless card reader designed for use in Russia's extremely cold climate zones – the Far North and Arctic shelf regions where air temperatures reach below 60°C – was developed and launched into serial production.

• 2020

  In collaboration with the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Research Center for Security "Guard"” of Rosguard, GOST 58822-2020 "Electromagnetic Locks" was developed.

• 2022

  There was a successful entry into a new market with the launch of electromechanical lock production. ALeko electromechanical locks, designed by our constructor engineers and manufactured at our modern manufacturing facility in Kimry, meet high quality and reliability standards comparable to those of the renowned global corporate group Assa Abloy.
